Being an MP isn’t just about big funding projects or standing up in Parliament, it’s about fighting for local improvements too.

Paths, potholes, pavements, and more, have an impact on people’s daily lives, which is why I am writing to you with my local improvements survey, to give you the opportunity to share with me what improvements you want to see.

1. Does your street have any litter or fly tipping that needs cleaning up?
2. Does your street have any broken street lamps that need fixing?
3. Does your street have any potholes that need fixing?
4. Does your street need any repairs to the pavement?
5. Does your street have any street furniture that needs repair?
(This can include benches, pubic bins, etc)
7. Does your street name sign need maintaining or replacing?

The people of the Leigh constituency deserve safer and better quality roads and pavements. Given this, I am working for constituents to raise their concerns with Wigan Council on pot holes, broken pavements and neglected footpaths across the constituency.
