Whilst COVID-19 enquiries have dominated my inbox over the last year, local residents have also regularly been in touch to put forward their crime concerns. One of the key areas of concern in the Leigh constituency has been the Higher Folds estate, with residents too often experiencing anti-social behaviour and more serious violent crime.
This is why I am holding a Crime Meeting, dedicated to discussing the crime concerns of Higher Folds residents, and have also invited Inspector Paul Coburn to attend, so that our police can also hear more about what local residents feel needs to be done to combat these problems for good.
The meeting will be taking place on Tuesday 16th February, 7pm to 8pm, and will be taking place via Microsoft Teams. So, in order to register for this event, please complete the registration form below.
Further information: The joining details of the event will be sent out on the morning of the event, to the email address you enter in the below form. This event is for residents of Higher Folds only. Similar events will also be planned for other areas in the near future, but if you live in the constituency and have any crime concerns you would like to share with me in the meantime, please email me at james.grundy.mp@parliament.uk.
